Sr. Electrical Engineer - Signal Product Manufacturing

A highly rated Company with an Electronics Manufacturing Facility in the area of Matteson and University Park, IL area is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Electrical Engineers looking for a company with competitive rates and a good work/home life balance.

Qualified candidates will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences:

• 5 or more years of Electrical Engineering Design experience
• Must Develop Layout Concepts, Parameters and Designs for New and Updated Product Re-designs.
• Must be able to use calculations and evaluation of alternatives for current product design and their functionality in current product designs.
• Conducts feasibility studies and prepares preliminary cost estimates of designs and redesigns.
• Experience with bid packages, be able to create BOMs, assist in ordering parts and supplier sourcing of part fabrication or closely related is strongly desired.
• Assists in generating detail specifications of the individual components of the new design and replacement components in end of life and in cost reductions projects.
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar coursework is
