1309 SENIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (14363)

Requisitos: • Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent; • Experience in product development, mainly related to cab climate systems in the automotive industry; • 3D CAD knowledge, preferably using PTC/CREO; • Application of Quality tools (Risk analysis, DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.); • Excellent communication skills and close collaboration with others; • Flexibility to perform a wide range of tasks and accept new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments; • Fluent in English (Written & Verbal); • International and multi-cultural experience within a global and cross-functional organization. Diferenciais: • Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe); • Experience working with multicultural teams; • Master’s degree or Post-Graduation in a related field. Atividades: • Lead the development of Cab Climate Systems and components; • Provide technical solutions and design work to meet business targets and requirements; • Release documentation (3D models, drawings, technical regulations, technical descriptions, product structure); • Develop and share technical competence with other development sites; • Develop validation and project timing plans; • Support and lead Design Reviews, participate in risk analysis, root cause investigations, and DFMEA; • Collaborate closely with other teams, sharing ideas and receiving feedback; • Lead projects and initiatives, ensuring continuous optimization of product quality and cost.
