1366 PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (PROJECT MANAGEMENT)

Requisitos: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or related areas); Experience as a Project Leader managing complex projects in an R&D or technical environments; • Experience with R&D processes or product development; • Knowledge with MS Office tools and MS Project; • Project management certification will be a plus; Advanced English (Spanish is a plus). Atividades: • Plan, execute, and implement projects according deadlines and timeline. • Manage timeline, budget, investments, quality and cost constraints in order to meet project scope; • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders; • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocation; • Lead project team activities, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear and team members are motivated; • Monitor project progress regularly, identify and resolve issues, and mitigate risks; • Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; • Present in Check Point meetings with the steering committee stakeholders; • Keep a clear communication, engagement, collaboration and alignment within different areas of the company.
