Senior Test Automation Engineer- Remote/ HybridUnable to sponsor or H1 TransferMust be local or must be willing to work West Coast hours Senior Test Automation Engineer is responsible for development and oversight of enterprise test automation strategies and functions ensuring the highest quality delivery of systems including; test strategy framework, technical test leadership, standardized test architecture, and associated methodologies and process architecture, test planning for strategic/complex initiatives, test automation strategy, end to end test strategy, and test environment strategy requirements. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: •    Plays a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of automation components. •    Establishes automation tools, frameworks and methodology. Mentors staff in testing automation processes. •    Establishes current automation architectures as business and technical conditions change. •    Supervises the use of appropriate automation methods to employ to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design. •    Facilitates review of applications for automation needs and requirements/design quality. •    Provides consultation to projects and application support groups regarding automation design, development and execution. •    Understands organizational impacts and trade-offs of automation processes. •    Plays a leadership role in managing resources from alternate development centers. Qualifications•    Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study•    Minimum of 5 years of testing automation experience; •    Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. •    Minimum of 3 years experience working in a managed healthcare organization•    Quality certification such as CMQ, CQA, CQPA, CQT, CSQE, or CSSBB strongly preferred.•    Experience coding with Java, Python, and/or SQL required•    Knowledge of the ATLC (Automation Testing Lifecycle)•    Experience creating automated test scripts and testing applications using Selenium or comparable tool such as Postman, Appium or Cucumber •    QA automation experiencePowered by JazzHR
