A growing company in New Jersey has established a new position due to business expansion.

The role is part of a dynamic and collaborative team, offering a mixed-hybrid work environment.

Engineers with junior to mid-level experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills/Experience: (candidates should possess experience in most of the following areas; academic experience will be taken into account):

• Exceptional oral communication skills are essential, as this position involves continuous interaction with external clients.
• PLC (programmable logic controllers) programming, including ladder logic, with familiarity in closed-loop control algorithms and PLC status controls.
• Experience with HMI-system (wonderware, ifix or similar) customization/configuration surrounding the User Interface and Database connectivity of an HMI.
• Skills in reading and/or designing with AutoCAD, particularly for electrical systems or components related to PLC-driven systems and PCBs.
• Fundamental knowledge of network administration or advanced network connectivity, with a solid understanding of TCP/IP and Windows-based network infrastructure.
• A college degree in Electrical Engineering (ASEE, BSEE, or equivalent) or a related discipline is .
• Willingness to work in an external-client communication type role which will include some company-paid travel
• Ability to demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning.
