Co-op and opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.

Role & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Projects

Assist in the development and implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives.


Conduct research and analysis on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to ESG.

Coordinate laboratory analysis on machines, parts, and raw materials


Lead machine part tear-down studies


Overall Responsibilities


Regulatory Compliance

Help ensure compliance with local, , and international chemical regulations.


Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports.


Monitor changes in chemical regulations and update compliance protocols accordingly.


Data Management and Analysis

Collect, organize, and analyze data related to chemical usage, emissions, and waste management.


Maintain accurate records and databases to support compliance and sustainability efforts.


Generate reports and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations.


Job Requirement

Qualifications:

Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in Chemical Engineering or Material and Metallurgical Engineering.


3.0 or higher GPA


Be able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or (4-months)


Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)


Communication and collaboration skills

The starting hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and other factors.
