Mechanical Fitters

Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 16:00 & Friday 08:30 - 12:00

PAY RATE: £15.00 - £18.00 PH (DOE)

Our client would be willing to take somebody that has transferable skills to this role.

The successful candidate for this role will need to have an IPAF licence as they will be working at height. This role is temporary to a fixed term assignment.

Day to Day Duties

As a Mechanical Fitter with our client, you will:

•  Check valves and pipes for any defects
•  Take valves and pipes apart and put back together
•  Fix any defects
•  Report defects to management
•  Cleaning of working area

Essential Skills

As a Mechanical Fitter for our client, you would need:

• A IPAF licence 
• Good attention to detail 
• Good level of English 
• Ability to work towards KPIs

Training

•  Training is given on site and additional support throughout
