Our insurance client is hiring a Manager of MSP Operations at $62/hour (W2) to support their team in Chicago, IL!! 

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and managed service providers (MSPs).
- Work with MSPs and internal company stakeholders to address escalations and manage the resolution process.
- Develop and implement improvement plans for service delivery.

Qualifications: 
- PMP Certification 
- Completed bachelor's degree 
- 5+ years' experience within healthcare and/or insurance industry working with MSPs
