They are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage and optimize the maintenance of production machinery. Job Responsibilities: Ensure production machinery is always in good working condition and available for operations. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for machine repairs, spare parts, and new installations. Provide technical support and training for maintenance personnel. Monitor and compile data on machine performance, implementing improvements and modifications where necessary. Manage maintenance budgets and control costs within the assigned section. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with PLC systems, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
