Account Executive - Construction & Engineering

The Account Executive - Construction & Engineering Global BU will be responsible for producing mutually exciting business outcomes and customer happiness for Oracle customers within the JAPAN territory, with the aim of growing the region by a factor of two over the coming 3-4 years. Our ideal candidate will generate new business and accurate forecast and measure activities, execution, plans to ensure desired outcomes.In this role, you will be an effective Account Executive. Sales work with sales consultants to plan, complete, and close sales opportunities.This role is individuals are responsible for new account development and/or growing existing accounts within an established Japan territory or Construction & Engineering BU product line. Career Level - IC4Specific responsibilities include: Adept at solution selling and able to define business value for clients. Represents Oracle Construction & Engineering Global BU with integrity and professionalism, acting as an agent of the company. Diligently uses the Oracle Sales Cloud system. Critical Success Factors Responsible for selling solutions to Oracle Construction & Engineering Global BU most strategic accounts. Handling Enterprise Deal Maintaining positive relationships with key accounts Delivering on quota expectations consistently Preferred Skills and Experience At least 5 years of Sales experience. At least 3 years of Software & Construction & Engineering confirmed experience. Track record in positioning and selling large and sophisticated projects. Highly developed eye for business and understanding of the SaaS/Software Ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated ideas. Willingness to travel for business purposes, as needed. Hands on—you don’t just talk the talk. You’re keen to roll up your sleeves and make an impact. English skills for everyday conversation/ Native Japanese speaker
