For our Beijing team, we are looking for an Accounting Manager act as trusted business partner to the
responsible business and/or Operating Companies (OC), foster full compliance
with accounting related laws, regulations and Siemens’ Financial Reporting
Guideline (FRG) in this regard and are guided by the principles of quality,
timely delivery, transparency for decision making and cost/benefit
considerations.
You'll make an impact by
- Overall
responsibility for accounting governance of SLC Motor and Control Business ,
Advanta business (mainly consulting and solution business) and one Digital
Industry operating companies –OC - ICFR
Support certifiers and sign HBI annual report for OCs - Coordinate the whole process of
for both group reporting audit (IFRS GAAP) and local statutory audit (PRC GAAP)
for assigned business and OCs - Align overall goals on function
tasks with OCs’ CFO; give orders/ delegate work to Head of Finance (HOF) - Functional manager to OCs’ HoF;
Lead HoF to ensure timely completion and quality of accounting related work. - Involve and support the CFO with
HoF nomination, annual performance feedback and personal development - Drive accounting end to end
process update and continuously identify areas to save efforts and improve the
productivity. - Implement the training concept
and obtain feedback from accounting community on a regular basis. - Provide training on key
accounting topics and consultation to finance community. - Implementation of the tasks
defined by CF R NEA FAC based on the Global Activity Split. Act as change agent
to drive operational excellence. - Act as the IFRS 16 leasing topic
owner and process coordinator. - Drive digitalization of
accounting review tools and review process. - Lead / Provide support to the projects on new
accounting standards implementation, Merge and Acquisition etc
Your defining qualities
- 7+ years concrete professional knowledge in general accounting and finance, especially solid IFRS consolidation & reporting, PRC GAAP accounting & reporting
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Working experience/ Big 4 experience is a plus.
- Project and process digitalization process is a plus.
- Presentation skills are required.
- Professional Membership of CICPA/CFA/ACCA is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
