YOUR ROLE Responsible for new product and technology development of epoxy and acrylic adhesive products for the electronics market Implement formulation changes, raw material screening and data collection Support the success of various projects and maintain the laboratory Collaborate with application engineers and sales to deliver innovative solutions and resolve technical issues Work closely with regional and global technical teams to collaborate and leverage technology Follow the company’s SHE rules, and participate site safety and 5S programs Be responsible for leading and ensuring a safe working environment and SHE compliance YOUR SKILLS Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, polymer or chemical engineering is required Experience with epoxy or acrylic adhesive development is strongly preferred Experience in thermal and mechanical analysis is preferred Excellent command of MS Office is required Native in Korea and good communication in English is required Ability to communicate effectively with multiple functional departments At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
