Pay: $60,000 - 65,000

Dobco, Inc. is a public work General Contractor located in Wayne, NJ. We are in need of hiring an Administrative Assistant to work within our Contract Administration Department.
In order to succeed in this role, the ideal applicant should be extremely well organized, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, should be detailed oriented and be able to prioritize well.
Responsibilities include:

Keep and maintain all scopes of work / contracts / bonding information in various logs for all of our 24 construction projects ranging in value from $5M - $125M

Maintain the Certificate of Insurance Log for all of our subcontractors

Maintain the Public Works Log for all subcontractors

Assist in creating and then issuing AIA subcontract documents

Maintain Purchase Order Binders

Assist with additional clerical duties as needed

High level of experience with working on Excel spreadsheets is also required
This is a full time position working Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with a daily 1 hour lunch break. Our office space is very large and comfortable and employees are paid weekly. No overtime or weekend work is required.
