Assist the Residential team with technical project review to ensure eligibility and program compliance

Responsibilities:

  • This individual will pull a daily Program Management report on “Open Projects” in various stages to review for compliance. Examples include; checking contract, AHRI, permit numbers and final invoices to forward for payment.
  • Call customers and contractors if information is missing.
  • Ensure that all data in the Program Management Software System (PMSS) program is accurate to minimize delays.
  • Prioritize workload and ensure that projects are completed and moved to Final Review within 4-6 weeks.
  • Maintain spreadsheet of any errors found by the processor and move that to a Lead for coaching.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the manager for the next level of support.
  • Record, categorize, prioritize, and monitor the status of all issues to resolution.
  • Assist in other projects as directed by Manager
  • HVAC related experience, familiar with AHRI
