Pittsburgh area investment services group is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include:
· Scheduling and calendar management
· Prepares expense reports
· Makes travel arrangements; prepare seminar and conference registrations
· Preparation of various reports, spreadsheets and presentations (PowerPoint)
· Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures
· Collects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and information
· Performs other specific secretarial and administrative duties as assigned
· Works with the manager to understand priorities to adjust scheduling accordingly
Requirements:
- Previous like administrative support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in person, messaging and email
- Proficient MSOffice skills to include PowerPoint
- Comfort working with Microsoft Teams for collaboration
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Sound decision-making, problem solving and analytical skills
- Team player, flexibility to work as a member of a team.
- Experience in working in an IT organization a plus
