SGS, LLC is a Yukon based General Contractor that has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our Project Management staff.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Provide Administrative and Technical Support to Estimating and Project Management Staff
- Manage Files and Update Database
- Issue and Track Contracts and Purchase Orders
- Oversee Subcontractor Certified Payroll Status
- Perform Document Control
- Communication with Subcontractors, Suppliers, Owners, Onsite Staff, etc.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Construction Related Experience a Plus
- Ability to Manage Time and Prioritize
- Accuracy; Dependability; Organized
- Professional Phone and E-mail Etiquette
- Excellent Oral and Written Skills
- Pleasant Personality and Professional Appearance
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE:
- Outlook
- Excel
- Word
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
- iSqFt - A plus if you're familiar with this software
- QCS/RMS - A plus if you're familiar with this software
- e-Mars - A plus if you're familiar with this software
- Timberline / Sage - A plus if you're familiar with this software
