Our client, a banking and finance company is seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator.
- This is a long-term temp job.
- The work schedule is Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
- The pay rate range is $35.00 - $43.00 depending on experience.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage multiple calendars includes creating, deleting and updating meetings and events and assist customers in prioritizing their daily schedules
- Develop and support briefing materials and presentations
- General administrative responsibilities (i.e. phone coverage, scan, FedEx, internal mail)
- Maintain organizational charts in Visio
- Process and track purchase orders and manage the area’s inventory of supplies
- Provide back-up support to other admins within TG at own initiative or as requested
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assignments and projects, as necessary
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, coordinate several calendars and schedule a high-volume of internal and external meetings; work independently and follow through to resolve day-to-day administrative matters.
Required Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Visio
- Five years of project coordinator and/or administrative support required
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree , High School diploma or equivalent required.
