We have an opportunity for an experiencedProject Engineer to join our SATCOM team at Honeywell, in Brno. You will become part of an agile team that designs, develops andintegrates SATCOM and connectivity systems within Honeywell Aerospace business.You will have opportunity to actively participate in creation of innovativeconnected aircraft solutions to enable better passenger experience as well assafe and efficient operations of the aircraft. Your goals will be aiming to usestate of art technologies and to find novel ways to address businessopportunities.
Thisis a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities
Oversee program scope, schedule, quality, and cost, facilitate cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
Manage risks, opportunities, support program manager with coordination of budgeting, forecasting, and change management.
Maintain and update program schedules, Work Breakdown Structure, and track project milestones.
Perform cost and schedule variance analysis, providing recommendations on corrective actions and financial impacts.
Prepare and present program metrics, forecasts, and reports for regular reviews.
Key skills and qualifications
University education in Business or Engineering field
5 years of experience with Hardware and/or Software development projects
Advanced command of English language
Experience facilitating exchanges towards calm and productive discussions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to seek win-win solutions
