PositionHighlights
Develop and implement long-rangeand short-term sales plans
Manage the nursingcenter patient referral flow, admissions process includingcommunity sales, referral management, and admission sign-in,through post-admission utilizing the Genesis Core Operating System(Point Click Care).
Guide the center salesprogram which ensures: strong customer, referrer, and payorsatisfaction; appropriate market penetration; positive publicimage; maximization of center Quality Mix (Qmix) and Average DailyCensus (ADC) goals.
Reports to the nursingcenter Nursing Home Administrator but also has a dotted line reportto relationship to the Regional Manager/Director, Sales andMarketing
May supervise other nursing centermarketing personnel

Qualifications
Minimumof three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.Minimum of two (2) years college education in the field of healthcare administration, business management, and/or marketing orpublic relations preferred. Ability to adjust work schedule basedon centers' business need, specifically incomingadmissions.
