As the After Market Engineer - Mechanical Component, you will be in charge of BoM and technical support for Pressure Safety Valves (Consolidated) and Control Valves (Masoneilan). You will also provide a global engineering support focused on Channel Partners and Aftermarket Centers for the selection, repair, maintenance, and replacement of Masoneilan and Consolidated products.
As a After Market Engineer - Mechanical Component, you will be responsible for:
- Executing design and analysis of assigned projects to develop valves meeting customer application needs, specification requirements, complying with local design/product standards.
- Reviewing customer specifications and “translating” customer specification in to order instructions for manufacturing of valves.
- Providing bills of material, drawing information, test specifications and processing instructions to meet quality and manufacturing requirements.
- Creating the design review process, ensuring accuracy, quality and design for manufacturability goals are met.
- Enabling the use of design tools (like 2D / 3D CAD (SolidWorks / ProE / UG), Excel, and in-house design calculations.
- Engaging with teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives.
Identify, Own and Enable such initiatives which are in line with business objectives.

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering

Must be a seasoned professional with a solid technical knowledge to be able to handle any field issue or technical queries.

Preferably to have knowledge of Control valves/Pressure Relieve valves/ Safety valves product

Proven success in a role requiring process and program management skills.

Experience with ERP systems such as PLM/ SAP/Oracle is .
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team.
