The Opportunity
We are partnering with a dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the agricultural sector. With a robust growth strategy and over 3 GW of projects currently under development-1 GW of which is based in Italy-this company is positioned with a significant impact across different continents, operating in 5 countries.

The Team
Joining an ambitious team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development of Agrivoltaics solutions and driving the company's agricultural energy transition efforts. The team is built on innovation, collaboration, and leadership, fostering an environment where impactful contributions are encouraged, and success is a collective effort.

The Candidate
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Agrobusiness Development Manager with a strong background in both agriculture and renewable energy. This role will involve developing new Agrivoltaics projects, managing relationships with stakeholders, and leading business development efforts.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage Agrivoltaics business plans and strategies.
* Manage relationships with public authorities, industry associations, and partners to promote project success.
* Lead market research, supply chain analysis, and investment evaluations for new supply chains.
* Prepare due diligence and investment evaluations, conducting technical-economic-financial analysis.

Core Skills:
* Strong understanding of the agricultural market and renewable energy, especially Agrivoltaics.
* Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
* Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
* Fluent in Italian; proficiency in English is a plus.

Degree in agronomy or agriculture with a master's in business, focusing on finance and business development / or / Business degree with a specialisation in agriculture.
