AI Engineer

Responsibilities Design develop and implement stateoftheart Generative AI models and solutions tailored to client needs. Work on projects involving deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) and natural language processing (NLP) models like GPT BERT or similar architectures. Develop and finetune AI algorithms for tasks such as text generation image synthesis and other generative applications. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into client workflows and systems. Deliver highquality interactive training sessions to client workforces on AI concepts tools and best practices. Create userfriendly documentation tutorials and resources to support client teams in understanding and using AI technologies. Adapt training methods to meet the varying levels of technical expertise within client teams. Partner with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through Generative AI. Ensure timely delivery of AI solutions maintaining highquality standards. Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI sharing insights and innovations with both internal and external stakeholders. Conduct technical workshops demos and presentations to showcase AI solutions. Provide handson support and troubleshooting for AI implementation challenges faced by clients. Requirements: Technical Expertise: Proven experience (3 years) in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions. Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with libraries like TensorFlow PyTorch and scikitlearn. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms neural networks and natural language processing (NLP). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment. Soft Skills & Training Ability: Excellent communication and public speaking skills with experience in delivering technical training or workshops. Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams. Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or a related field. Certifications in AI/ML or Python programming are a plus.
