Summary:
-
Perform assembly, fitting, drilling, and riveting of structural components.
-
Ensure defect-free assembly through precise alignment and quality checks.
-
Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S principles and safety standards.

Support Lean activities and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
-
Perform structural assembly operations in a production environment.
-
Assemble, fit, drill, and rivet components to create high-quality, defect-free assemblies.

This position requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and teamwork to meet production standards.

This is an on-site role requiring flexibility to work any shift.

On-Site Interview Required
Required Skills:
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
1 year of structural assembly experience (or credit for completion of Savannah Tech Aircraft Structures Technical Certificate Program).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and basic documents.

Basic computer skills and shop math proficiency.
-
Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in restricted areas.

Strong attention to detail, hands-on craftwork aptitude, and professional attitude.
Desired Skills:
-
Experience with Solumina and Smarteam.
-
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices.
-
Previous work with composite resins and materials.
