Foster their professional growth and provide technical leadership.• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers on medical device projects, from conceptualization to testing phases.• Liaise with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and facilitate submissions to regulatory bodies.• Design and implement research strategies for technology development initiatives and clinical studies.• Contribute to the body of knowledge through the publication of technical papers.Must HavesEducation• Minimum of MSc. or Ph.D. in science, engineering, or mathematical fields.Experience• Advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as algorithm developer with expertise in data science, signal processing and machine learning.• Expertise in data science, signal processing, machine learning and AI• Data analysis using advanced analytic tools such, MATLAB, Python, and others as required.• Designs, develops, analyses, troubleshoots, and provides technical skills during research and/or product development.• Strong aptitude for mathematics, calculus, and statistics• Exceptional presentation and reporting skills• Excellent English (both reading and writing), as all documents are written in English.• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineers.Nice to Haves• Experience in algorithm development for medical products – Major advantage• Experience with EEG – Major advantage• Scientific background in practical mathematics, with experience working in a medical device organization – Advantage.• Familiarity with Medical device standards (e.g., IEC60601)• Experience with project management methodologies.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
