Job Title : and Access Management (IAM) Operations Engineer

Job Type : W2

Experience : 7 to 15 years

Location : Dallas, Texas

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD DS, AD FS, AD CS).
• Hands-on experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
• Experience in Federation and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.
• Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting IAM-related service failures, authentication issues, and group policies.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and corporate IAM policies.
• Support integration of IAM services with cloud and on-premises applications.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to enhance and authentication capabilities.
• Provide support for IAM-related audits and security assessments.
• Independently manage the operation of and directory services technologies (e.g., Microsoft AD, Federation, PKI, MFA).
• Monitor ticket queues and respond to incident tickets, service requests, and change requests related to IAM.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
• Support and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setups and issues.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
