**Responsibilities:**

- Execute make-ready tasks and complete work orders efficiently.
- Provide regular updates to ownership and the Property Manager.
- Procure necessary supplies and maintain inventory records as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to tackle challenging projects effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various tasks including:
- Plumbing: Repairing sinks, showers, toilets, replacing fixtures, and unclogging drains.
- Electrical: Replacing fixtures and switches, adhering to safety protocols, and performing rewiring tasks when applicable.
- Carpentry: Patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, and performing light touch-up painting.
- Appliances: Assisting with W&D installation, stove installation (when applicable), garbage disposal installation, and handling minor repairs.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in apartment maintenance is required.
- Must possess personal hand tools and a drill.
- Reliable means of transportation is essential.
- Ability to handle physical workload with attention to detail and deadlines.

**Pay Range:**

Earn between $21/hr to $25/hr, contingent on experience and certifications. Enjoy weekly pay!
