Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the property is in top condition.
• Respond promptly to work orders and address maintenance needs with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the on-site team to uphold safety and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven background in apartment or property maintenance (1+ years ).
• Skills: Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general repairs. HVAC certification is a plus.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with and staff.
