Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of apartment units and common areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for . Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests from and management.
• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify potential issues and report findings to the maintenance supervisor.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks such as drywall repairs, painting, and flooring maintenance.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, including landscaping, trash removal, and common area cleanliness.
• Work with senior maintenance staff to learn proper procedures and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and report any shortages.
• Assist with turnover tasks, including cleaning and preparing vacant units for new .

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation .
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform manual labor tasks.
