We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the property, performing routine repairs, and addressing any maintenance issues that arise. You’ll also be on-call nights and weekends as needed to ensure the property stays in top condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Address emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in apartments and common areas
• Ensure the property meets safety and cleanliness standards
• On-call availability for after-hours, nights, and weekends as needed
• Assist with apartment turnovers and make-readies for new tenants

Requirements:

• Proven experience in apartment maintenance or related field
• Ability to perform various maintenance tasks (basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be on-call nights and weekends when needed
• Reliable transportation
