Apartment Maintenance Technician

Looking for a wonderful individual to help us maintain our apartments. We manage 5 small apartment buildings in and around Grand Rapids, MI. We have a two person maintenance team comprised of an individual who manages the apartment preps, and the other individual who manages the daily and routine maintenance items. Yours would be the position to address daily and routine maintenance items. Our tenants are excited to meet you!

Our ideal candidate is one who:

-Can keep clear records.

-Is trustworthy and honest.

-Is organized and timely.

Our maintenance staff troubleshoots and/or fixes problems for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. They also paint, clean, and maintain the properties. Often, they coordinate service for tenants and our independent contractors. There are very few after hour calls, but we would need some on-call hours in your schedule.

We are looking for an individual to work an average of 40 hours per week, if necessary. We are looking for someone who needs little training in maintenance skills as our need is immediate.
