We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician with HVAC/EPA Certification

OPEN POSITIONS IN GLENDALE, PEORIA, PHOENIX, SCOTTSDALE, TEMPE, MESA, GILBERT,CHANDLER

M-F schedule, 8hr day shift

Responsibilities:

• Prepare apartments/units for new , make repairs in apartments of current , and perform routine maintenance in and around the community
• Preventative maintenance: perform maintenance to heating and air-conditioning systems, plumbing fixtures, sprinkler system, smoke detector and fire extinguishers
• Basic indoor drywall repair, fill holes caused by nails, minor dings and larger holes as well
• Basic electrical repairs/installs: repair, replace or install power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, climate control systems
• Indoor plumbing repair, replace or install faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, water-dispensing refrigerators, or washing machines

Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License and Insurance
• HVAC/EPA Certification
• AT Least 1 year of on site experience as a maintenance tech (residential, commercial, industrial)
• Own set of basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Independently repair/replace all aspects of plumbing. electrical, drywall, painting and appliances
