Our team is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at a property in Arvada, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Execute make-ready tasks and work orders promptly.
• Provide regular updates to ownership and the Property Manager.
• Order necessary supplies and maintain inventory records as needed.
• Assist the team with challenging projects.
• Possess strong experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance is required.
• Must have personal hand tools and a drill.
• Reliable means of transportation is essential.
• Ability to handle physical workload with attention to detail and deadlines.

Pay Range:

• $21/hr - $24/hr (Depending on Experience and Apartment Community) - Also Depending on Certifications.
• Weekly pay!
