YOUR ROLERecommend solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers.Support new ADP project, collect CTQ and support to screen new formula, customer evaluation support, failure analysis etc.Participant in lab work for customer complaint/ new test method design/ new formula screening and prepare report.Responsible for products application / technical training /seminar at customer side.Work and communicate effectively with different functional team with good project management skill.YOUR ROLE CANOFFER YOU Henkel is an equal opportunity employer. YOUR SKILLS Good experience on electronic device application or encapsulant assembly technology, above 3 years’ experience about electrical industry.Familiar with liquid adhesive technology like UV/UV+M/UV+T, epoxy chemistry, PUR, MMA, PU and products.Good presentation skill.Logical thinking in trouble shooting/new method design.Good communication with different internal functional team as well as customer.Good project management skill.Good written English and workable spoken English.
