YOUR ROLE Application Field tech support the South China business growing, focus on CPL and typical distributors.Directly communicates (in scope of products tests/validation) with the field Sales/AE teams, KAMs, project team, customers.Support the whole AE team when it needs.80-90% client site technical, 10-20% lab support; Travel rate up to 80%.Such as:Independently conduct customer site technical service, includes routine tech support, trouble shooting, startup/regular training, etc.Prepares internal (and external, if relevant) tests reports and makes presentations to internal work group or department.
