Role: Application Support Engineer

Location: Staines-Upon-Thames - Hybrid - 2/3 days per week onsite

Salary: £35,000

They offer hybrid working with visits onsite to their Staines-Upon-Thames based offices 2/3 days per week. For the successful Application Support Engineer our client is offer a salary of up to £35,000

The role is responsible for providing support to the customers and play an integral part in ensuring the applications are running as expected and inline with the SLA.

You will be comfortable client-facing and work to troubleshoot, resolve and provide assistance on technical issues.

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Repond to support requests from end-users
• Experience working with SQL & web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
• Strong collaboration with various cross functional teams
• Excellent customer focused communication and comfortable providing expert advice
• Demonstrate where customers/clients can optimise the full use of the software applications
• Proficient in incident ticketing systems and working to service level agreements
• Maintain a deep understanding of the software applications
