Applications Systems Analyst

Purpose of the Role:



We have a fantastic opportunity for an Applications Systems Analyst to join us, based from our Head Office in Doncaster with agile/hybrid working.



As the Ambassadors of IT and Digital, the Applications Systems Analyst performs a vital role within the business, delivering high value service and systems expertise to our business. They will champion IT and business initiatives and be a focal point, ensuring stakeholders can fully utilise the Keepmoat suite of applications and do their jobs effectively. The Applications Systems Analyst will be accountable for application performance, security, optimise configurations, coordinate training, produce documentation, ongoing enhancements to the products and provide outstanding user support for the applications they are responsible for.



The Business Application Team is a user facing team, so it is imperative the Applications Systems Analyst is geared towards delivery of enhancement to the business whilst meeting strict SLAs for Business as Usual (BAU).



The postholder will act as the subject matter expert for applications and their use within the business, providing second line support and maintenance, leading on enhancement and minor changes. They will liaise with third party application providers to work any support issues through to conclusion, holding regular review calls, monitoring application availability and performance.



The ideal candidate will have prior experience within an Application Support role, who is committed to their development and confident with becoming quickly familiarised with new applications. Ideally, they will have experience of using a Document Management software such as ASITE and/or Forms Based software such as Novade.

They will be collaborative and accustomed to dealing with different stakeholders, attending and contributing to user communities representing Keepmoat. The successful candidate will be creative and able to problem solve and take ownership of any application project or change. They will be a straightforward communicator, with the ability to simplify technical information to different kinds of people
