KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.\n\nJob Title: Apprenticeship Performance Manager\n\nLocation: Home / Field based - Must be flexible with travel across North West / Yorkshire\n\nSalary: up to £43,000 (Depending on skills and experience) \n\nType: Full Time, Permanent\n \nThe Role:\n\nLead, manage and motivate a team of Assessor's, to achieve: sustained high performance, quality of delivery and business growth in line with our client's standards and Apprenticeship strategy.\nEnsure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI’s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.\nDevelop and nurture your team, carry out regular performance reviews and ensure team targets are met and/or exceeded.\nCarry out regular observations of activity, coaching and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.\nMonitoring the delivery of Functional Skills qualifications, ensuring learners are achieving in a timely manner.\nAddress under-performance and set out clear corrective actions for improvement.Essential Criteria:\n\nMust have experience of managing and motivating an team of Assessor's delivering on Apprenticeship Standards.\nStrong administrative and organisational skills.\nPossess strong performance management and motivational skills.\nExcellent knowledge of Ofsted requirements.\nConfident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.\nFull clean driving licence and use of own vehicle\nMust be flexible with travel.Please note:\n\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
