### Description\n\n \n\n**About the Role \n** \n\nOur lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests are having a great time as\nwell as keeping safe in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld!\nOur guests safety is our biggest priority so this role requires superb\nattention to detail whilst also interacting with our guests and providing\nexceptional customer service. You will promote and run poolside activities;\ncreating memorable experiences for our guests whilst keeping their safety at\nthe for front of everything you do. \n \n\nA Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential for this role.\n\n \n\n### About You\n\n \n\nWe are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a natural ability to\nengage and relate with a wide range of people.
\n \n\nYou will need to be a strong swimmer with fantastic attention to detail to\nensure you can monitor the pool at busy times. If you have a previous\nlifeguard qualification, we would love to hear from you. \n \nYou will work alongside a great team but there will be times where you are\nsupervising areas independently.
