ABOUT THE PROGRAM : Are you a recent graduate looking to embark on an exciting and fulfilling role in HR? Are you passionate about innovation and sustainability? If yes, then Avient’s Leadership Development Program could be the perfect start to your career. The program accelerates professional development by placing graduates in HR and other business functions during an 18 month rotational program. The HR Associate gets hands-on experience by going through three rotations gaining key technical, project management, and leadership competencies. As part of our European 18 month program, you will have the opportunity to manage key HR and business projects and gain a wide breadth of exposure and experience networking with many functions across the business. You will continue to grow and develop your career through on-the-job and professional skills training such as communication and presentation skills as well as having the support and coaching from an executive mentor. At the end of the program, you will be placed in a role that suits your strengths as you kick-start your career with Avient. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR : We want to consider you if you have the following: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources. Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience including internship or student assignments. Desire to learn and make a difference in the Polymer/Chemical Industry. Excellent project management skills, preferably with experience working on a project in industry. Good spoken and written communication skills. Good active listening skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. MS Office, SAP experience an asset. Languages: English fluent, additional European languages an asset.
