Location: Scottsdale, AZ (near East Bell Road and the 101)

Compensation: $110,000 to $175,000

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

What You'll Do:

• Diverse Project Portfolio: Work on a variety of projects, including large-scale medical campuses, medical office buildings, multi-family housing, and senior living facilities.
• Innovative Design: Contribute to the design of innovative and sustainable buildings that prioritize patient experience and functionality.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with a talented team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals to deliver high-quality projects.
• Project Management: Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with building codes and regulations to ensure projects meet all requirements.

What You'll Need:

• A degree in Architecture or a related field
• Strong design skills and a keen eye for detail
• Experience with building codes and regulations
• Experience in Commercial Design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs
