Architect\n\nNottingham \n\nUp to £43,000\n\nDo you have experience working in Food Retail, Private Residential, Local Authorities, Commercial, Manufacturing or Logistics projects? My client currently has over 25 years of experience providing innovative design solutions combined with project leading services. \n\nAs an Architect, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for technical detailing, preparing working drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong technical skills and experience in project coordination.\n\nKey Responsibilities for this Architect role:\n\nDevelop detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.\nEnsure compliance with building regulations, codes, and industry standards.\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to develop innovative solutions.\nCoordinate and manage project documentation throughout all project stages.\nConduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.Requirements for this Architect role:\n\nDegree in Architecture and ARB/RIBA registration (or equivalent).\nStrong design and technical expertise with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.\nComprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction methods.\nExcellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.\nA genuine interest in leading a productive team.Interested?
