Duties:
- \n
- Lead the delivery of complex architectural projects from detailed design through to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and technical staff, to ensure cohesive project execution
- Act as a client liaison during the delivery phase, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Provide technical guidance throughout the design process to ensure all project aspects comply with building regulations, safety standards, and best practices
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of architectural delivery
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and local authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progression

Requirements:
- \n
- Masters Qualified and ARB registered as an Architect
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Expert in technical delivery of Commercial projects
- Expert Revit user
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects
- Excellent communication ability (both written and verbal)
