Responsibilities:

  • Showcase your expertise by handling all conventional aspects of architecture assignments or specific limited portions of projects.
  • Apply building codes and standards in line with the complexity of each project.
  • Take charge of executing and coordinating projects from inception to successful completion.
  • Demonstrate your flair for writing narratives, reports, assessments, and other written work. Depending on your skill set level, you will receive assistance from our team to ensure top-notch quality.
  • Bring your creativity to life by producing detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and schedules for various projects.
  • Enhance project efficiency by modifying and developing standard details.
  • Collaborate with our team to review submittals and respond to RFIs, ensuring compliance and smooth project execution.
  • Embrace team leadership responsibilities as the main contact for engineers and consultants.

  • Time management: Show your ability to manage project timelines and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Critical thinking: Apply your problem-solving skills to tackle complex architectural challenges.

Qualifications:

  • A valid architectural license in applicable state.
  • 5+ years of experience in various architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
