POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an Architect I who can help contribute to the overall excellence of work delivered by the firm.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-bachelor degree Architecture firm experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or another related field
  • Possess an innovative style and an interest in sustainability issues and research and development
  • Experience with Revit is a must and experience with putting CD sets together
  • Document project specifications and create reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
  • Should have good graphic skills and ability to perform analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies and limited design layouts
  • Highly collaborative by nature, with the willingness to approach every project with creativity
  • An innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills
  • Experience working with High-end residential mainly single-family homes, Hospitality (Hotels, F&B, and Resorts), Workplace.
  • Experience with tools such as SketchUp, Rhino
