Join our fast-growing company, as a designer of innovative
and exciting play spaces that enhance communities! We are a
German manufacturer of commercial play equipment; dedicated
to improving public spaces through better play experiences.
Our US office located in Greenville, SC is currently in search of an
experienced Drafter for a full-time position. The ideal candidate
will have 3–5 years of design experience. Working with our inside
team and our partners you will be responsible for creating custom
and standard playground designs for communities, schools, and
recreational facilities among other venues.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Utilize 3D AutoCAD to create standard and
custom playground designs
• Utilize Lumion, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop
to create 3D renderings and fly-overs
• Communicate with landscape architects, reps and end users
on a daily basis to complete projects
• Translate sketches into AutoCAD drawings and renderings
• Generate site plans using Google/Bing Images (aerial views)
• Create unique and innovative designs in conjunction with
customer requests
Requirements
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2014 or newer), Adobe Photoshop,
3D Drawing and Design (Lumion, SketchUp, and 3D Studio
Max ), and Microsoft Office suite (Word and Outlook
primarily)
• Good communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to visualize designs based upon emails and phone call
conversations
• Detail-oriented
• Display creativity and willingness to initiate new ideas
• Flexible and understanding of client needs
• Able to work well under tight deadlines and in high pressure
situations
