Job Title: Architectural CAD Technician



Location: Ascot (Hybrid working)



Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE



The Role



We are seeking an Architectural Technician to assist the technical drawing and planning team with an architectural practice near Ascot.



The Company



This company is an architectural firm who specialises in high-end residential projects across the home counties and London. Projects ranging from £500k extensions to £10m luxury properties within Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and London.



The role will require



* Assist with producing detailed drawings



* Work closely with the technical and planning team



* Liaising with external parties such as consultants and clients



* Ensure own drawings are kept to a high standard at all times



* Assist wider team when necessary



Desired Skills & Qualifications



* Excellent detailed drawing experience



* High-end residential experience is advantageous



* Proficient AutoCAD



Salary & Benefits



* Up C£40,000 DOE



* Hybrid working



* 23 days holiday + bank holiday + xmas shutdown
