The Role
As a PM at TETER, you will be instrumental in managing small to medium-scale architecture projects, guiding them from concept to completion. Specifically, we are looking for someone with experience in Education projects, as you will play a key role in delivering successful learning environments. Your expertise will help foster strong communication, collaboration, and positive relationships with all stakeholders, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support multiple project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Direct work, provide feedback, and manage performance to ensure effective project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with TETER's document standards and project management best practices.
- Develop project scope, , budget, and schedule during the proposal and contract stages.
- Oversee project financials, scope management, and address variances to keep projects on track.
- Organize and manage projects, maintaining communication with project teams and stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular project updates and addressing issues promptly.
- Identify new business opportunities and participate in marketing and business development activities.
Your Qualifications
- Level I: 3-5 years of architectural project management experience
- Level II: 5-8 years of experience, with specific expertise in managing architectural projects in the Education sector
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field, or equivalent combination of technical training and/or relevant experience
- : Registered Architect in California or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months of hire
- Deep understanding of project work plans, schedules, staffing, and budgets
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, sustainability, LEED guidelines, and educational facility requirements
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and basic REVIT and/or AutoCAD
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams at all levels
Compensation & Benefits
The expected annual salary for this role in ranges from $93,100 to $143,800 (must be willing to work according to the firm's hybrid schedule after successful completion of the trial period). Actual pay will be determined based on your qualifications, experience, location, business needs, and other job-related factors.
