Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Operations Manager located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate and manage service delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities also include managing a team, developing operational strategies, and optimizing resource allocation to meet business objectives.
Duties
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple locations within defined territory
- Drive operational success and strong client relationships through weekly POC calibration audits
- Address operational opportunities promptly and professionally, making decisions to resolve conflicts or challenges that are in the best interest of TFM Services, LLC.
- Drive continuous improvement by recruiting and effectively managing new and existing sub partners and accounts
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure customer standards are met or exceeded
- Provide weekly updates and reports to senior leadership on operational activity and KPIs
- Assist in the successful transition of all new accounts
- Drive and generate new customer sales and revenue streams to promote regional growth and help meet/exceed annual company revenue targets
- Continuous marketing and networking both face to face and cold calling
- Foster a positive team environment and ensure adherence to company culture and policies
- 100% compliance with company policies, regulations, and a commitment to a flawless culture of safety
- Effective management of time and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to adapt to process and organizational implementation and restructure
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in operations management and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote work
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is .
- Experience in retail or service industries is advantageous.
- Familiarity with facilities management or a similar industry is beneficial
