PrideStaff, a recruiting firm specializing in staffing for Central Oregon businesses, is seeking an Assembly Tech nician for a growing and fun company in Bend. A quality candidate for this position will have a high attention to detail, strong work ethic, and looking for a team-oriented environment. This position is full time, Monday-Friday.

Assembly Technician Duties Include:

• Perform various repetitive tasks to assemble, fit and prepare product using tools
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work station
• Perform visual inspection duties and correct as needed
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards
• Maintain production flow and high quality of work
• Following oral and written specifications
• Working in a close team environment

Assembly Technician Job Requirements:

• Recent work experience in a similar, detail-oriented position
• High attention to detail for accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
• Passion for the work being done and quality of work being produced
• Frequent squatting, bending, twisting reaching and continuous standing and walking
• Able to read a tape measure
• Basic math and computer skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
• Provide 2 professional references

Supervision: This position has direct supervision. Teamwork is essential to work towards a common goal.

Basic working conditions: The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation and work full time. The employee must be able to work successfully in a team. The employee must be able to stand, stoop, or crouch for long periods of time.
