Assembly Technician / Production Operator - 3rd shift

APA Solar is looking for dependable, safety-oriented candidates with ability to multi-task on 1st and 3rd shifts. Operate production equipment and hand tools to assemble metal components used in the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manual assembly with hand tools - impacts
• Production welding on a dedicated welding machine
• Remove pieces from assembly lines
• Gather, bundle and package product

Successful Candidates Will Be Able To:

• Stand for 8-hour shifts.
• Lift, carry, push and or pull 50 lbs.
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach outward frequently
• Reliably and punctually report to work
• Fine motor skills used with hands / fingers

Full-time

• 1st Shift 7am – 3:30pm
• 3rd Shift 10:30pm – 7am
• Overtime will be available and required as necessary

Wages start at $18 per hour, at 90 Days $19 per hour, increases to $20 per hour at 1 year; $1.00 per hour Shift Premium for those on 3rd shift
